The Teen Files: The Truth About Sex forces teens to face the hard-hitting realities of having sex too young, including unwanted pregnancies and STDs. Two teens discuss the struggles of becoming parents at a young age, while another couple faces the possibility that they could be pregnant. A group of teenagers tour a microbiology lab, where hundreds of cases of sexually transmitted diseases are diagnosed each year, and they participate in a mock AIDs test. Lisa, a 33-year-old heterosexual woman shares her story about having full blown AIDs. 45 minutes

In the end, Nicole and her boyfriend choose to abstain from sex, while her best friend makes a choice to always practice safer sex by using condoms. 14 minutes
