To ensure that your organization benefits from the insights and intervention experience of the author/researchers, our trainings are designed specifically to transfer the skills necessary for intervention success.
Training & TA
Trainings are designed and Certified by the Developers and implemented by Master Trainers experienced with the initial program research. Trainings are skills-based, interactive and include a Curriculum Overview, Theoretical Frameworks, How to use the Curriculum, Frontline Perspectives of Teens and Facilitators, Module Overview and Module Teachback Session, Program Evaluation, Questions and Answers. Upon completion of the training, all participants are prepared to implement, replicate and evaluate the evidence-based intervention and practices.
Trainings are between 2 and 5 days, depending on the type of training and the intervention. Some trainings may need an extra day if participants don’t have a background in reproductive health, or require Adaptation-of-Curriculum Training. For inquiries, please email trainings@selectmedia.org
