  • How can I preview a copy of a video or curriculum?

    Any Select Media, Inc. title is available for review on a purchase on approval basis. Purchase orders are required for processing. If you are unsatisfied with your selection, you may return it within 30 days of invoice date via Fedex or insured, certified mail. Your invoice will be credited, unless the shipping and handling charges are still due.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    Unfortunately, FedEx does not ship to a P.O. Box. If you cannot provide us with an alternative shipping address, please contact Kristin at (800) 707.6334 to arrange for special shipping. Extra shipping costs may apply.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All titles are shipped through Fedex Ground, unless otherwise requested. So please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

  • What if I do not receive my order and I would like to check the status?

    If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact us at (800) 707.6334 or by email at customercare@selectmedia.org (be sure to include your order or purchase order number).

  • How do I cancel my order(s)?

    If you have recently made an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us with your purchase information and we will handle your request. Please understand that if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it for you.

  • What is your return policy?

  • What rights are included with my purchase?

    Rights Granted: Audiovisual, public performance, circulation within a single school district and building closed-circuit use.

    Rights NOT Granted: Duplication, broadcast, cablecast or digital transmission are not permitted.
    All rights not specifically granted are reserved.
